Mammootty looks dapper as an army officer in the latest still from ‘Agent’

2023 seems to be a golden year for superstar Mammootty. After delivering the exceptional ‘Nanpakal Nerathu Mayakkam’, Mammootty is now gearing up for the release of ‘Agent, an upcoming Telugu film starring Akhil Akkineni. The makers have now launched a new click from the film, wherein Mammootty is seen in the garb of an army officer. The actor is seen decked up in a blue shirt and earthy cargo pants, layered with a bulletproof vest, and cap, and holding a gun. The actor look intense in the photo. Mammootty reportedly plays the role of a military officer named Mahadev.

Touted to be a spy-thriller, ‘Agent’ is written and directed by Surender Reddy. Billed as a pan-Indian film. ‘Agent’ is releasing in Malayalam, Telugu, Hindi, Tamil and Kannada languages. The action thriller also marks Telugu star Akhil Akkineni’s first collaboration with superstar Mammootty. The upcoming film is high on action, and also features debutant Sakshi Vaidya as the female lead. Akhil Akkineni has undergone a massive makeover for the film. Hyderabad, Delhi, and Hungary were the major locations of the film.

On the technical front, Hiphop Tamizha is in charge of the music department. Rasool Ellore is handling the cinematography, and the film is edited by Naveen Nooli.
