Mammootty-Ajai Vasudev film goes on floors in August

Mammootty has had a stellar 2019 with a mix of both critically and commercially acclaimed movies such as Peranbu, Yatra, MadhuraRaja and

Unda

. He will next start work on Ajai Vasudev’s upcoming ‘mass’ film.

The two had previously collaborated in

Masterpiece

. The upcoming movie’s pooja function will be held in mid of July, before the monsoons, and the film will go on floors only in August. The team is planning to announce the title of the movie at the switch-on function that will be held in Kochi.

Mammootty, meanwhile, has another big film coming up, titled

Mamangam

, which is scheduled for a Diwali release. He is also part of Shanker Ramakrishnan’s Pathinettam Padi.
