Mamitha Baiju sang “Naale… Naale…” during Vijay's 'Jana Nayagan' audio launch and it received much trolls from netizens. It was a song from Vijay’s film Azhagiya Tamil Magan. She sang a few lines from “Ella Pugazhum Iraivan Iraivanukke…”.

Sangeeth Prathap talks about Mamitha and trolls
During the theatre visit for the promotions of his new film 'Baby Girl', actor Sangeeth Prathap was asked about Mamitha and the trolls related to his 'Premalu' co-star. He made it clear that Mamitha is not someone who gets upset easily by trolls.
“Mamitha is totally okay with trolls. We usually sit together and watch those trolls. If the trolls are good and funny, only then we also show them to her. But there are some comments that come under those trolls, and that is the real problem. We try not to show her those comments. Because there can be things in them that hurt a person,” said Sangeeth.
Funny trolls are fine, comments are not
Sangeeth also spoke more about how they handle trolling among friends. He said that if the trolls were serious or cruel then they would not be enjoying them at all.
“If those trolls were serious ones, then we friends would not be enjoying them, right? Some funny trolls, even we share with each other. But what we hide are the comments under it. That means there is something in those comments that will hurt the other person. We can’t do anything about that.”
When asked about trolls aimed at him, Sangeeth replied, “It’s not an issue when some things get trolled, but we are genuinely scared when we get trolls for a movie we did.”
Mamitha’s strong films lineup for 2026
