'Mamangam': The second look poster of the Mammootty starrer to be unveiled tomorrow!

Touted to be one of the most expensive Malayalam films ever made, with a budget of whooping Rs 450 million, the makers of 'Mamangam' are all set to release the second poster from the movie. In midst of higher expectations and anticipation, the team has announced to give a glimpse of the movie, by releasing the second look poster. The team will unveil the poster of the period movie tomorrow (July 27) through their official channels.

After much of shuffling in the crew and all those controversies, the cinephiles have higher hopes for the upcoming M Padmakumar directorial.The movie revolves around a tale of the warriors of Valluvanadu, who plot to defeat the Zamorin rulers. The movie tells the story of the historic Mamankam festival, that took place on the banks of Bharathappuzha river, back in 18th century.
Bankrolled by Venu Kunnappilly, under the banner of Kavya Films, the movie has actor Mammootty playing the lead. Former athlete Prachi Tehlan is playing the female lead and also marks her debut in M-Town, with the movie. Actor Unni Mukundan is also essaying a pivotal character, Chandroth Panicker in the movie. Ace cinematographer, Manoj Pillai is cranking the lens and Shankar Ramakrishnan will be crafting the adapted screenplay and dialogues.
