‘Malaikottai Vaaliban’ first look: Lijo Jose Pellissery presents Mohanlal in a fierce combat-ready avatar

The wait is finally over, or as superstar Mohanlal mentioned, ‘the wait has a face’ now! The much-awaited first look poster of ‘Malaikottai Vaaliban’ starring Mohanlal in the lead role is out! The poster features the strength of the character played by Mohanlal. The superstar is seen decked up in earthy toned dhoti and a wrap shirt, looking fierce, and combat ready. With silver accessories including the neckpiece and the bracelet, Mohanlal appears in a never seen before avatar in the poster.

‘Malaikottai Vaaliban’, helmed by acclaimed filmmaker Lijo Jose Pellissery is a special film for both the director and Mohanlal for many reasons, including their first collaboration. The upcoming film is undoubtedly one of the biggest projects in brilliant craftsman Lijo Jose Pellissery’s career.

The film went on floors on January in Rajasthan’s Jaisalmer, and the makers recently wrapped up the schedule. As per the reports, the team of ‘Malaikottai Vaaliban’ will be heading to Chennai for their next schedule. Though there are many rumours regarding the plot of the film, the makers have remained tight-lipped, which added to the curiosity of the audience.

On the technical front, Mandhu Neelakandan is working behind the camera, and Deepu Joseph is the editor. The music is done by Prashant Pillai. PS Rafique is the scriptwriter. The film is mounted on a massive budget, and the makers are reportedly planning to release it in multiple languages apart from Malayalam.
