‘Makal’ Teaser: Sathyan Anthikad aims to deliver a platter of happiness with the Jayaram-Meera Jasmine starrer

Makers of ‘Makal’ has launched the first teaser from the film, and it is all things joy! Judging by the teaser, Jayaram and Meera Jasmine are playing a middle-aged couple, who has a teenage daughter, played by Devika Sanjay. Actors Innocent, Sreenivasan, Sidhique are undoubtedly the charm of the teaser. Well, the audience surely knows what to expect from a Sathyan Anthikad film, and seems like the ace filmmaker is aiming to deliver exactly that.The teaser of ‘Makal’ affirms that the film will be a platter of happiness! Seems like 'Makal' will be a light-hearted film that one could watch with their loved ones in the theatre.
While launching the teaser, Sathyan Anthikad remembered late KPAC Lalitha and added that she wanted to work in the film, however, couldn’t join as she was hospitalized and unwell. The teaser has received a warm welcome. “Sreenivasan, Jayaram, Siddhique, Innocent, Meera Jasmine. Hoping for a classic Sathyan Anthikad film again,” a netizen wrote.

Directed by Sathyan Anthikad, ‘Makal’ is written by Dr. Iqbal Kuttipuram. S Kumar ISC is the cinematography director, and K Rajagopal is the editor. Vishnu Vijay is the music director, while Rahul Raj is composing the background score, and Harinarayanan is the lyricist.

Meanwhile, ‘Makal’ also marks the comeback of Meera Jasmine after a while. The film is billed as a theatrical release, and the makers are planning to release the film in April.
