Major Ravi is happy to be part of Meppadiyan

is currently being shot at Erattupetta. The movie produced by the actor himself has been celebrating every moment in the set. Each person who joins the set is sharing their thought on their characters and shooting after a while.

Meppadiyan is Major Ravi's post lockdown movie and the director is overwhelmed about the character he is essaying. "I feel really energetic to join the sets after so many days being at home," he says.

The director who plays a prominent role in the movie reveals that he is seeing Unni in a family man look after quite a while. "He is looking very sober unlike his action-oriented roles. I am sure the movie would be really special," he says.

He also shares his happiness of doing a character that is neither an army man or a police officer. "We are all strictly following the Covid protocols and are extremely careful while shooting," he says.

Apart from Major Ravi, actors Aju Varghese, Saiju Kurup, Anju Kurian and Indrans. The movie is directed by Vishnu Mohan. As per reports, the film written by Vishnu is based on actual events. The family entertainer is expected to be different from Unni Mukundan’s previous films. The actor plays a garage owner named Jayakrishnan. It is said that Aju Varghese’s character in Meppadiyan is all ‘mass’ and class.

The shoot captured by Neil D’Cunha is planned in 48 locations across Erattupetta and Pala. Rahul Subramanian will be giving music to the movie. The makers are aiming for a theatrical release.
