ETimes hailed ‘Lucky Baskhar’ for its engaging screenplay and Dulquer Salmaan’s performance. Our review reads, “Dulquer Salmaan, who transforms into Baskhar, delivers a performance that is simple, balanced, and profoundly effective. He pours life into the role, making Bhaskar relatable and approachable, drawing audiences into his journey with an authentic portrayal. Meenakshi Chaudhary, seen previously in a limited role in Guntur Kaaram, is seen in a more substantial role here, and she shines as Sumathi, the devoted wife and mother. Her portrayal adds depth to the film's emotional landscape. The supporting cast, which includes seasoned actors like Ramki, Sachin Khedekar, P. Sai Kumar, Tinnu Anand, and Raghu Babu, as well as younger actors like Rithvik, Maanasa Choudhary, Hyper Aadi, Srinath Maganti, and Surya Sreenivas, deliver solid performances that effectively support the main narrative.”
