Lissy Lakshmi lauds ‘Golam’, calls the film a ‘must watch’

Ranjith Sajeev, Dileesh Pothan, Chinnu Chandni, Sunny Wayne, Sidhique, and Alencier starrer ‘Golam’ hit the theatres today, June 7. As the film is receiving a decent response from the audience, veteran actress Lissy Lakshmi also shared her review of the movie. Lissy, who watched the film at a special premiere in Chennai, expressed that she loved the film. In a note shared on Instagram, she said that the film is a must watch.

“As everyone says, 2024 is turning out to be an exceptional year for Malayalam cinema! Had an amazing time at the #Golam premiere in Chennai last night! Indeed an exhilarating one. I would say it is a thrilling suspense movie that keeps you hooked and stays on your mind long after it ends. Kudos to Fragrant Nature Film Creations for bringing such a brilliant movie to the screen!” Lissy Lakshmi said.

She also lauded the lead actor Ranjith Sajeev, and called his performance ‘spectacular’. “Ranjith Sajeev was absolutely spectacular. His performances in Mike and Qalb were impressive, but he truly outdid himself in this film. Big shoutout to Samjad, who directed and co-wrote the film. The writers Praveen Viswanath and Samjad have done an amazing job of crafting such a gripping flick. Pure genius with visuals and sound design which added all the depth and dimension to the storyline. To the entire team - you guys knocked it out of the park! Golam is a definite must-watch. Here's to more success for everyone involved!” Lissy Lakshmi said in the note.
