Lena reveals that she played a witch in her first audition!

. The diva who stepped into movies through the 1998 film ‘Sneham’ has now emerged as one of the most sought-after actors in Malayalam cinema. Lena has now recalled giving her first audition. She hardly knew that she was auditioning for a film, she thought it was for a drama. And interestingly she acted as a witch for her first audition.

A recent photoshoot made Lena walk down the memory lane. “I acted as a witch in my very first audition.I didn’t even know I was being auditioned for a film, I thought it was for a Shakespeare drama club that our school’s principal, Nalini miss was creating.This happened in 1998. I am yet to play the role of a witch ����. This pic by @arshalphotography does have that look though and reminded me of how I got into Cinema. Have you watched ‘Adam Joan’, (the character in that is almost a witch)?,” Lena asked recalling the incident.

Meanwhile, Lena was filming for ‘Footprints On Water’, a British Indian film a few months ago. A lion’s portion of the film was shot in London during the winter. Lena will be sharing the screen with Adil Hussain in the film and Nimisha Sajayan too has roped in to play a lead role.

On the work front, Lena’s last outing was ‘Black Coffee’, directed by Baburaj.
