Late actress Kalpana will once again be seen on big screen in RK Vidyadharan's 'Idli'

Unparalleled comedian and character actress, Kalpana, who passed away in 2016 after a heart-wrenching performance as 'Queen Mary' in the Dulquer Salmaan movie 'Charlie', will be seen once again on the big screen through

Kalpana will play the role of a thief along with popular Tamil actresses Kovai Sarala and Sharanya Ponvarnan. The trio will play the characters named Inba, Lilly andTwinkle in this comedy movie. As the release of the movie is nearing, the crew members expressed their grief about Kalpana's absence. Sharanya Ponvarnan, actress in the movie, said that Kalpana was an energetic presence on the sets and that she will be dearly missed.
Kalpana passed away in Hyderabad January 25, 2016, following a heart attack. The actress won the best-supporting actress award at the 2013 national awards for the movie
