The video features the same main cast as Katha Parayumbol

An ad video of a bank directed by Lal Jose has caught the attention of Malayalis. The 30 minute ad has been titled

Katha Veendum Parayumbol

and showcases the same characters as those in the original 2007 film -

Katha Parayumbol

- only older versions. Thus '

barber Balan

' is the central character, and this time he is renovating his barber shop. Meena, Salim Kumar and Mamukkoya are also part of the ad.

The original movie was directed by M Mohanan and written by Sreenivasan, and had the same cast.
