Lal Jose has come to the rescue of Salim Kumar's film

, which won the Best Story award at the 47th Kerala State Film Awards.Lal Jose's company will be distributing the film which will hit theatres on August 18.

The film has been written and directed by Salim Kumar, who has also acted as the protagonist.

Lal Jose's distribution company has been behind the release of many an unexpected hit like Kismath, Action Hero Biju and Oru Vadakkan Selfie.
Meanwhile, Salimkumar has posted about the release of Karutha Joothan on his facebook page, elaborating about the story of the film.
