Kunchacko Boban’s ‘Padmini’: Makers announce an exciting update

actor Kunchacko Boban is a master at choosing his film career path wisely and looking at the upcoming films that the actor has in his kitty, it's sure that he is certainly going places. Kunchacko Boban will be seen teaming up with the ‘Thinkalazcha Nishchayam’ fame director Senna Hegde for the upcoming film ‘Padmini’.

Recently the makers of ‘Padmini’ unveiled an exciting update as the crew announced a casting call update on the film. Kunchacko Boban took to his official Instagram handle to share a new poster from ‘Padmini’ with a note announcing the casting call update on Senna Hegde’s directorial film.

‘Padmini’ is touted as a comedy-drama and the actress Aparna Balamurali will be playing a major female lead in the film. As per the reports, the film will be shot in major locations in Kanhangad in Kasargod.

Previously in an exclusive interview with Kochi Times, the director Senna Hegde revealed that Aparna Balamurali’s character in ‘Padmini’ will be a fun character and the rest of the cast in the film will be majorly newbies.

The script of ‘Padmini’ will be written by the ‘Kunjiramayanam’ fame Deepu Pradeep and Sreeraj Raveendran who is best known for his work in ‘Thinkalazcha Nishchayam’ is roped in as the cameraman for ‘Padmini’. Jakes Bejoy will handle the music department of Senna Hegde’s directorial.

Meanwhile, Kunchacko Boban also has another exciting project with the ‘Android Kunjappan’ fame Ratheesh Balakrishnan Poduval which is titled ‘Nna Thaan Case Kodu’. Previously the makers also unveiled the first look of the film featuring Kunchacko Boban as the character Kozhummal Rajeevan. Actress Gayathrie Shanker will be playing a major female lead character in the film.
