Midhun Manuel Thomas and wife had their first baby, a boy, during the early days of the lockdown in mid April. Before the lockdown, the filmmaker had said he was working on Aadu 3, the sequel of his hit franchise starring Jayasurya.

Kunchacko Boban has a few films lined up, including Mohan Kumar Fans, which has finished shoot and is ready for release. The actor has been building his fitness levels for Martin Prakkat film Nayattu, in which he plays a police officer, and has been posting workout videos, which were lauded by colleagues.
