Makers of ‘Padmini’ too dropped a birthday special poster and Kunchacko Boban was thrilled to share the same. The actor shared that the film is a light-hearted entertainer and is sure to brighten up the day.

‘Padmini’ is directed by Senna Hegde, and has Kunchacko Boban and Aparna Balamurali in lead roles. The film is scripted by ‘Kunhiramayanam’ fame Deepu Pradeep, and is touted to be a comedy drama. Speaking to Kochi Times earlier, Senna Hegde said, “Like Kunhiramayanam, this film will also offer a lot of light-hearted, fun moments, though it is not of the same genre. It will be one of those movies that families too can enjoy.” He also hinted that Aparna Balamurali’s character in the film is quite fun.

Based on true events ‘Pada’ is a political thriller, featuring Kunchacko Boban, Joju George, Vinayakan, and Dileesh Pothan. Helmed by Kamal KM, the film travels through the lives of four men, who call themselves ‘Ayyankali Pada’, and holds the Palakkad collector hostage demanding tribal land rights. Kunchacko Boban shines throughout the film, and it is undoubtedly one of his most stunning performances in recent times.

Helmed by Ashraf Hamza, ‘Bheemante Vazhi’ is a light-hearted drama, that follows Bheeman, a young man who takes the responsibility of widening a road in his neighbourhood. Those who have faced or are going through this problem might already know that the process of making the ‘path’ is no cakewalk. Kunchacko Boban plays Bheeman, who takes the herculean task, and it is indeed a treat.

A thriller, ‘Nayattu’ features Kunchako Boban, Joju George, and Nimisha Sajayan in the lead roles. Helmed by Martin Prakat, the film follows three civil police officers who are on the run. Kunchacko Boban plays Praveen Michael, a rookie police officer, who happens to be one among the three. The actor managed to ace Praveen Michael, who is layered and complex.

If you are into crime thrillers, ‘Anjaam Pathiraa’ might just be the one that could give you an edge-of-the-seat experience. The film helmed by Midhun Manuel Thomas, the film follows a squad of cops trying to catch a murderer. Kunchacko Boban plays the lead character Dr. Anwar Hussain, a consultant criminologist, who helps the cops to study and catch the murderer.
