‘Grrr’ is helmed by Jay K, who has previously directed ‘Ezra’. The upcoming film is expected to be a comedy entertainer which revolves around a man who stumbles into the enclosure of a lion named Darshan. Jay K has co-written the screenplay and dialogue with Praveen S. In an earlier interview with ETimes, the director had shared the inspiration behind this entertainer. “We have heard about many real incidents where people trespassed into wild cat enclosures in many zoos in various parts of the world including India. So that has sort of served as an inspiration for the story,” he said.

On the technical front, Jayesh Nair is the cinematographer, and Vivek Harshan is the editor. The original background score is done by Dawn Vincent, and the music is jointly composed by Dawn Vincent, Kailas Menon, and Tony Tarz. The film will hit the theatres on June 14.
