Kavya Madhavan and Dileep celebrate 8th wedding anniversary with a heartfelt post

Mollywood couples Kavya Madhavan and Dileep recently celebrated their 8th wedding anniversary. On this special occasion, Kavya shared a charming snap on the special day.


Kavya Madhavan took to her official Instagram handle to share a stunning snap of her and Dileep posing together and penned a sweetheart and cake emoji along with it.


In the pictures, the ‘Meesha Madhavan’ actors are seen looking radiant in matching white attires. Kavya Madhavan slipped into a white churidar, whereas the ‘Bha.Bha.Ba.’ actor was seen wearing a black pant along with a white shirt. With his thick beard, Dileep looked stylish as always.

For the unversed, in the year 2016, Dileep and Kavya Madhavan tied the knot in a traditional ceremony. Earlier in an interview with Star and Style magazine, Kavya Madhavan said that Dileep’s family approached her parents with the marriage proposal just a week before the wedding, citing the reason why the marriage happened all of a sudden without any prior announcement.


Kavya also revealed in the interview that like any other parents, her father and mother were also in search of a perfect match and finally when Dileep’s proposal came, they thought it would be a good decision. Kavya further said that Dileep was a good friend to her and she respects him as an individual more than an actor.


On the work front, Dileep and Kavya Madhavan were last seen in Adoor Gopalakrishnan’s directorial ‘Pinneyum’. Dileep played the role of Purushothaman Nair and Kavya Madhavan played a teacher character named Devi in the family drama movie.
