Karthi cheers for Tovino Thomas' 'Identity,' expresses 'Super excited' wishes

Tovino Thomas is teaming up with ‘Forensic’ directors Anas Khan and Akhil Paul for the upcoming film ‘Identity’. The teaser which was released on the last day by the makers, is receiving good responses from the audiences and also the Tamil actor Karthi expressed his excitement for the Tovino starrer.

Sharing the thrilling teaser via his official Twitter handle, Karthi penned a note saying that he is ‘Super excited’ for the movie and also extended best wishes for the team of ‘Identity'.

Karthi’s Tweet read, “Super excited for this one. Good luck @ttovino , @trishtrashers & the whole #Identity team.”

Tovino further re-Tweeted Karthi’s post and penned his gratitude towards the ‘Kaithi’ actor. Tovino penned a note that read, “Thank you brother.”

Prithviraj Sukumaran also shared the teaser via his Twitter handle and penned a note that read, “It’s been a privilege to have been part of this team’s journey at various stages of the careers. Presenting the teaser of #IDENTITY. All the best to @ttovino , @trishtrashers , #VinayRai , #AkhilPaul, #AnasKhan, #RajuMalliath, #DrRoyCJ, and the entire team!” Prithviraj Sukumaran has previously worked with Anas and Akhil Paul for the superhit thriller movie ‘7th Day’.

The recently unveiled one-minute forty-second teaser promises a stylish investigative thriller with a unique concept. Tovino Thomas plays the role of a sketch artist named Haran Shankar who is on a hunt for a killer and is described by Trisha’s character as a ‘Pentagon-shap faced’ man. She also describes the culprit as, “On a square-faced shape he had a chin that extended down like a fifth corner, like a pentagon.”

‘Identity’ also features the actors Vinay Rai, Aju Varghese, Mandira Bedi, and many others in pivotal roles.

On the other hand, Tovino Thomas’ previous outing was with the period action drama movie ‘ARM’ which was directed by Jithin Laal. The movie turned out to be a superhit.
