Jyotika wraps up her portions for ‘Kaathal - The Core’

Jyotika has wrapped up her portions for the upcoming Malayalam film ‘Kaathal - The Core’. She completed filming her portions on Sunday (Nov 20). The makers took to their social media handle, to share pictures of Jyotika’s last day on the sets of ‘Kaathal - The Core’. Jyotika joined the sets of ‘Kaathal - The Core’ on October 27, and has been continuously filming for the project.
Sharing pictures with Jyotika, the makers said, “Jyotika mam has wrapped up her portions for Kaathal today.Thanks Dear #Jyotika Mam from the entire @KaathalTheCore crew for some truly memorable moments. Can't wait to see you weave magic on big screens 😊.”

Meanwhile, Mammootty too wrapped up his portions on Friday (Nov 18). The superstar hosted a special lunch for the team on the same day.

The first look poster of the film was launched by Jyotika’s partner Suriya. “A heartwarming, deep, well written film is coming our way,” he said, launching the first look.
The upcoming film is helmed by Jeo Baby, and has Mammootty and Jyotika in the lead roles. Touted to be a light entertainer, the film is co-written by Adarsh Sukumaran and Paulson Skaria. Speaking to Kochi Times earlier, the director said, “It is for the first time that I am working on a script that is not my own. But I heard the story and I liked it and felt that it would be good if Mammukka played the lead and he too liked it. We were considering options for his wife and Mammukka suggested Jyothika and she too, liked the story and said a ‘yes’.”
