Popular filmmaker Jis Joy has spoken about a memorable experience in his filmmaking career. The ‘Sunday Holiday’ director walked down the memory lane and reminisced about directing Innocent and veteran late actor Thilakan.

Jis Joy had directed the two geniuses for an advertisement and has referred to the experience as ‘priceless’.

“Never forget the day which I have got an opportunity to Direct an Ad Film with these two legends. Story by Nadirshah ikka. The characters were very interesting from the movie kilukkam. I took a great effort to make them Commit to act together since at that time One of them were restricted to Act by association. They seemed like enemies but end of the day they become more good Friends, i felt like that… They were like kids that was the reason for both extreme behaviours… Keeping the priceless moment's of the day in my heart.. ❤����” Jis Joy said in his social media post.

Innocent is one of the veteran actors in M-Town. An actor, comedian, producer, author, politician, cancer survivor, Innocent is one of the most influential figures in Kerala. He has been part of some exceptional Indian movies and has also won the Kerala State Film award thrice.

On the other hand, Thilakan was one of the legendary actors Malayalam cinema has ever had. The thespian had roots in theatre and has also won several accolades including the National Film award. He passed away in 2012.

Meanwhile, Jis Joy was previously directing Kunchacko Boban for ‘Mohan Kumar Fans’. He has announced an upcoming film featuring Asif Ali.
