Jewel Mary not a part of Aadu Puliyattam

It was reported earlier that Jewel Mary and Jayaram would be playing the lead roles in a horror comedy Aadu Puliyattam by Kannan Thamarakulam.
However, Jewel has denied the news, saying that she only listened to the story and never signed it. The makers too have confirmed that Jewel will indeed be not part of it. and that a new actress will be roped in. Remya Krishnan and Om Puri are also part of the film, which will partly a period film.
