Jayasurya’s Captain to clash with Biju Menon’s Rosapoo

It’s been almost a year since Jayasurya started prepping for his role as former Indian football captain

VP Sathyan

for the latter’s biopic, which is directed by Prajesh Sen. The movie is finally set to hit theatres on February 16.

We now hear that Biju Menon’s upcoming film

Rosapoo

, which also has Neeraj Madhav and Basil Joseph, too will be released on the same date. With both Biju Menon and Jayasurya emerging as family favourites, the audience will be spoilt for choice.

Prajesh had earlier told us that his movie will be an entertainer with liberal dose of emotions and sports. Rosapoo meanwhile will be a black comedy, directed by Vinu Joseph.
