Jayasurya-Ranjith Shanker to team up for Pretham 2

Ranjith Shanker's horror comedy film Pretham which made Malayalis laugh out loud in the theatres is gong to have a sequal soon. The director posted it on his social media page and said that it will be released during christmas.

The film is a story about three happy-go-lucky friends who run a coastal resort facing a series of mysterious events leave them worried. The plot thickens when a mentalist named John Don Bosco enters the fray to investigate the possibility of a paranormal entity. ACtor Jayasurya plays the mentalist John and the film also features Aju Varghese. Govind Padmasurya and Sharaffudheen.

The film was remade into Telugu under the title Raju Gari Gadhi 2 with Nagarjuna playing the lead
