The shoot of Jayasurya starrer 'Kathanar: The Wild Sorcerer' is progressing and the actor seems to be enjoying every bit of it. As he walked past the 10 hours of the latest schedule of the film, Jayasurya penned a note on social media, reflecting on his exciting journey.

Interestingly today, November 7, also marks a milestone for Jayasurya starrer film ‘Philips and the Monkey Pen’. The film co-directed by Rojin Thomas clocked 10, and on the same day, Jayasurya is working with the director for their passion project 'Kathanar: The Wild Sorcerer'.

In a note shared on Instagram, Jayasurya said, “10 years of ‘Philips and the Monkey pen’ to 10 hours on the 3rd schedule of Kathanar. What a beautiful journey we have had, Rojin.”

The award-winning actor further added, “Looking forward to all the learning we are going to have as we embark on the second schedule of this mammoth production!”

Directed by Rojin Thomas, 'Kathanar: The Wild Sorcerer' is a fantasy horror thriller. The team has completed 44 days of shoot, and the third schedule is progressing swiftly. In his recent update, the director conveyed, “Day -44: Embarking on the longest journey of 'Kathanar' with the 3rd schedule in full swing. Immense gratitude to Gokulam Gopalan Sir @gokulam_gopalan_official , Krishnettan @sr.krishnamoorthy , and Jayettan @actor_jayasurya for their unwavering faith in me and our team. Here's to turning visions into stirring realities.”

The film is mounted on a massive budget and is said to be shot in a schedule of 200 days. 'Kathanar: The Wild Sorcerer' is produced with the help of virtual production technology and the expectations are high.
