Jayasurya announces his next titled ‘John Luther’

Popular Mollywood star Jayasurya has announced his next. Titled ‘John Luther’, the film is written and directed by Abhijith Joseph. The young actor took to his social media handle to announce the same. Jayasurya will be playing the titular in the movie and the team has also unveiled an interesting title poster while announcing the film.

Thomas P Mathew is backing the project under the banner of Alonsa Films while Christeena Thomas is co-producing the film. Roby Varghese Raj who has wielded the camera for films ‘Puthiya Niyamam’ and 'Love Action Drama' has roped in as the cinematographer. Popular editor Praveen Prabhakar who has worked with films 'Ustaad Hotel' and 'Trance' will be managing the edits for 'John Luther'. Shaan Rahmaan is in charge of the music and background scores. Vishnu Govind and Sree Sankar will be handling the sound design for the film while Biju Chandran is the art director. Actor Jayasurya's wife Saritha will be designing Jayasurya's costumes, while Aravind K R will be designing the costumes for the other casts in the film. As per the sources, the movie will go on floors soon as the pre-production works are underway.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Jayasurya's last theatrical release was ‘Anveshanam’. ‘Anveshanam’ was a crime thriller. The actor’s last release was on an OTT platform where he romanced Aditi Rao Hydari.
Jayasurya is one of the busiest stars in Malayalam cinema. The talented actor has a bunch of interesting projects like ‘Vellam’, 'Aposthalan', 'Aadu 3', 'Kathanar' and 'Rama Sethu' lined up.
