Jagathy Sreekumar gets Rs 5.9 crore relief!

Veteran actor JagathySreekumar will be awarded accident compensation Rs.5.9 crore from the insurance company after the two sides reached an agreement. As per the reports, Jagathy's wife Sobha had filed a petition before the Motor Accident Claim Tribunal (MACT) court for a sum of Rs.10.90 crore, later raised to Rs.13 crore.
The actor was seriously injured in a road accident on March 10, 2012 near Kozhikode, while he was travelling to a shooting location on the Kerala-Karnataka border.Since then he has been confined to a wheel chair and is yet to recover his voice.
