Jagadish playfully said, “Even I am afraid of what all those people made me do in the movie. I am not referring to alcohol consumption of drinking scenes in the film, my character is doing something which is more violent and should never be exisiting in this society.”

Jagadish even said that the audience would feel a sense of killing his character in real, witnessing the crimes he committed. Overall, Jagadish’s words suggest that the movie will be one of Mollywood's most violent flicks ever.

Earlier in an interview, the editor Shameer Muhammad, who is handling the cuts of this Unni Mukundan starrer, revealed that the movie has more violence than all of the Korean films he has ever watched.

Directed by Haneef Adeni, ‘Marco’ is a spinoff of the Nivin Pauly starrer ‘Mikhael’. Even though the Nivin Pauly starrer flopped at the box office, the audiences loved the villain character Marco played by Unni Mukundan, leading to the makers deciding on a spin-off for the character.

With ‘Marco’, the audiences are expecting a comeback of the promising director Haneef Adeni.
