It’s a wrap for Asif Ali-Jofin T Chacko’s film

Asif Ali has joined hands with ‘The Priest’ director Jofin T Chacko for a film. The team commenced the shoot in May, and has now wrapped up the shoot. On Monday, July 15, the director confirmed that they have completed the entire shoot. In a note shared on Instagram, the director shared that they wrapped up the entire shoot on Monday (July 15) evening. He also shared a few BTS pictures from the sets.

In his note, Jofin T Chacko said, “My latest film just wrapped filming this evening. I am incredibly grateful for the hard work and dedication of the entire cast and crew who made it a reality. We now move on to the next exciting phase of this journey. Thank you all for your support!”

Directed by Jofin T Chacko, the yet-to-be-titled film has Anaswara Rajan as the leading lady. Manoj K Jayan will be seen in a crucial role.

Meanwhile, Jofin T Chacko’s earlier directorial ‘The Priest’ features Mammootty and Manju Warrier in the lead roles. ETimes rated the film 3 out of 5 and wrote, “ The Priest is an investigative thriller and typically for a whodunnit, it is full of red herrings. Mammootty plays a priest-detective, and there's a reason for this combination.”
