Following the success of 'Mandakini', fan-favorite duo Althaf Salim and Anarkali Marikar are reuniting for their next Malayalam venture titled 'Innocent'. The film’s second-look poster has now been unveiled.
"He's coming to shake up the system!"Althaf Salim, who plays one of the leads in the movie, took to his Instagram handle to share the second look poster and penned a note that read, "അവൻ വരുന്നു, സിസ്റ്റം പൊളിച്ചടക്കാൻ ! കൂടെ അനുഗമിക്കുന്നവർ ....("He's coming to shake up the system! And those following him....") Althaf Salim's post was soon flooded with comments. One comment read, "Best wishes Althaf." Another one commented, "Note that name @kili_paul." A third comment read, "Is this Mandakini 2?."
A nod to 'Vadakkunokkiyantram'The newly released poster pays homage to the classic Malayalam film 'Vadakkunokkiyantram'. The poster has sparked comparisons to its iconic characters Thalathil Dineshan and Shobha.
