Oru Vadakkan Veeragadha

The dialogue is from the Hariharan's directorial period drama ‘Oru Vadakkan Veeragadha’.The dialogue “Chanduviney tholpikkan aavilla makkaley” is delivered by Chandu Chekavar (Mammootty) in the movie. In an emotional scene in the movie, Chandu is being challenged by his nephew for a duel and Chandu speaks these iconic lines. The dialogue means Chandu cannot be failed. Although the dialogue is an emotional one people use it during some hilarious incidents when they want to convey that it’s impossible to fail them. “Oh My God!” Movie: Nadodikattu
The dialogue is from the 1987 release satire comedy movie ‘Nadodikattu’. Ananthan Nambiar (Thilakan) is a Malayali drug smuggler and he believes that Dasan (Mohanlal) and Vijayan (Sreenivasan) are officers from the Criminal Investigation Department. Ananthan Nambiar uses the dialogue “Oh My God!” on several occasions in the movie to express shock and the dialogue modulation is quite interesting.

This is a dialogue from Priyadarshan’s directorial ‘Nadodikattu’. Ananthan Nambiar (Thilakan) hires Pavanayi (Captain Raju), a notorious killer to hunt down CID’s Ramdas and Vijayan. Despite all the boasting Pavanayi did, he fails to kill the CID’s and instead gets himself killed. Ananthan Nambiar is upset over this and tells, “Angane Pavanayi Shavamayi. Enthokke Bahalamarunnu, Malappuram kathi, machine gun, bomb, olakkede moodu,” which means Pavanayi is dead and what all bragging he did.

Keralites use this dialogue very often, especially in situations where a person fails to do a task, after showing off all the overconfidence.
“Enthado Warriere njan nannavathe”Movie: Devasuram

This a popular dialogue from the Mohanlal starrer movie ‘Devasuram’. Mangalassery Neelakandan (Mohanlal) delivers the dialogue “Enthado Warriere njan nannavathe” to Warrier (Innocent), who is his guardian and father-like figure in an emotional scene. The dialogue means why he hasn’t changed a bit even after all the things that happened to him.
