Anoop Sathyan’s maiden directorial venture ‘Varane Avashyamund’ is one of the most celebrated movies of 2020. Its stellar cast of Suresh Gopi, Shobana, Dulquer Salmaan and Kalyani Priyadarshan, made it a starry affair and also the performances drove the audience crazy. As Anoop was the son of veteran director Sathyan Anthikad, the movie was analysed carefully by critics. But good movies will always find their way to the audience’s hearts and ‘Varane Avashyamund’ did the same! The movie was a commercial success! And recently Mohanlal happened to watch the movie and had only words of praise for Anoop!
As Mohanlal has worked with Anoop’s dad Sathyan Anthikkad many times, the veteran actor’s opinion about the movie was definitely crucial for the debutant filmmaker.Mohanlal watched the movie and liked it. Meanwhile, ‘Varane Avashyamund’ was produced by Dulquer Salmaan’s Wayfarer Films in association with M Star Entertainments and the movie bagged Rs 25 crores in three weeks of its release.
