. Mollywood actor Neeraj Madhav who was devastated hearing about Sushant Singh Rajput’s passing away has now opened up about the unwritten rules of Mollywood. The actor has spoken about the hierarchical nature of treating actors. Neeraj has opened up about how he has lost many opportunities as he is a bit demanding. “I have lost many opportunities for being a little demanding. Even I realized this too late,” the actor wrote on his social media handle.

Neeraj also added that treating actors based on their hierarchy starts from the glass in which they are served tea. Neeraj revealed that on several movie sets, senior actors are served tea in chai glasses made of glass, while juniors get them in steel glasses. Neeraj also emphasized that it’s not about drinking in a particular glass as tea can also be served in paper glasses and there is no problem in drinking from them, but the problem arises only when someone forces you to do it in a particular way.
