Vinay Forrt starrer ‘Somante Krithavu’ is gearing up for release, and the makers have started to drop the promo videos. The second teaser from the film is out, and it has piqued the interest of the movie buffs. In the teaser, Vinay Forrt is seen portraying the character of Soman, engaged in a dialogue with his wife, played by Shibla Fara, as they interact with a teacher in pursuit of their daughter's admission. During this exchange, the teacher inquires about the child's name, to which the kid charmingly replies, "I am India." The amusing teaser, further reveals that the father, played by Vinay Forrt had another secular name in mind! Devanandha, best known for her role in ‘Malikappuram’ plays the daughter.

‘Somante Krithavu’ is expected to be a light hearted entertainer, one could watch with their loved ones in the cinemas. Directed by Rohith Narayanan, the film’s story, screenplay and, dialogue are handled by Ranjith K Haridas. The film’s ensemble cast includes Vinay Forrt, Fara Shibla, Devanandha, and, Ponnachan Perumbally among others.
Visual storytelling is given paramount importance in ‘Somante Krithavu,’and Sajith Purushan's cinematography takes on this responsibility with exceptional finesse. The film's technical brilliance extends beyond the screen. Bijish Balakrishnan's editing ensures that the narrative maintains its pace and impact, allowing the audience to be fully absorbed in the unfolding drama. Art Director Anish Pallippadu's intricate set designs create an authentic backdrop that enhances the film's immersive quality. The music and background scores are done by PS Jayhari, and the lyrics are penned by Sujesh Hari. Vineeth Sreenivasan and KS Harishankar will be crooning songs for the film. The art department is handled by Anish Pallippadu, and Jayan Poonkulam is the makeup man for the film.
Meanwhile, ‘Somante Krithavu’ is slated for release on October 6.
