Here’s the first glimpse of ‘Purusha Pretham’ starring Darshana Rajendran

Makers of Darshana Rajendran starrer ‘Purusha Pretham’ have launched the first teaser from the film. The teaser features a group of policemen looking at something in the distance in the water and discussing whether it would reach their land. The teaser also gives a glimpse of Darshana Rajendran, sitting in a car, while it's raining.

‘Purusha Pretham’ is directed by Krishand RK, who has previously helmed the award-winning ‘Aavasavyuham’.The upcoming film is a crime noir set in the wetlands of Kochi. Darshana Rajendran plays the lead role, while actors Prasanth Alexander, Jagadish, Devaki Rajendran, Mala Parvathy, James Elia, Geethi Sangeetha, Shiny Sara, Jolly Chirayath, Sanju Sivaram, Manoj Kana, Surjith Gopinath, Pramod Veliyanad, Balaji Sharma, Sudha Sumithran, Pooja Mohanraj, Shinz Shan, Rahul Rajagopal, and Gopan Mangat will be seen in some pivotal roles in the film.

“Aavasavyuham was one of my favourite films last year, and I’m so happy to be associating with Krishand and his team on their next one, Purusha Pretham,” Darshana Rajendran said, in an earlier post.

The upcoming film is based on a story by Manu Thodupuzha, and the script is written by Ajith Haridas. The director himself has cranked the lens, while Suhail Backer has roped in as the editor. The music for the film is done by Ajmal Hasbulla. The production design is done by Hamza Vallithode, and the costumes are designed by Arun Manohar. The sound design is done by Prasanth P Menon, and the makeup is done by Arshad Varkala. Arjun Menon is the colorist.
