Harissa Begum gears up to make her presence felt

All of 14, Harissa Begum is gearing up to make her presence felt in Mollywood. However, the Class IX student is not new to tinsel ville. She debuted as a child artist in Asuravithu and also did cameos in Turning Point and the Mammootty starrer Face-to-Face.
Now, Harissa will be seen playing a prominent role in Aval Vannathinu Shesham by Chandu Manickavasagam and Mohan K Kurup.She is also awaiting the release of the Jayaram-starrer Ginger, where she is paired opposite actor Kailash.
Harissa was first introduced to films through her uncle, film photographer Niyaz Marakkar, and has done several ad films. The young actor is into ramp modelling as well.
