Guru Somasundaram, Jinu Joseph, and Govind Padmasoorya in ‘Neeraja’

Guru Somasundaram, who grabbed the attention of the Malayali movie buffs with his performance in the superhero film ‘Minnal Murali’ has signed yet another Malayalam film. He is teaming up with actors Jinu Joseph and Govind Padmasoorya for an upcoming film titled ‘Neeraja’. Actors Sruthi Ramachandran and Srinda too are playing the lead characters in the film. The title poster was launched recently by actors Jayasurya, Roshan Mathew, Aishwarya Lekshmi, Darshana Rajendran and Nikhila Vimal. ‘Neeraja’ is written and directed by Rajesh K Raman, who has previously scripted Shakespeare MA Malayalam.

The upcoming film will also have Kalesh Ramanand of 'Hridayam' fame, Ragunath Paleri, Abhija Sivakala, Kottayam Ramesh, Santosh Keezhatoor, Shruti Rajinikanth, Sminu Sijo, and Sajin Cherukayil in some pivotal roles.

On the technical front, Ragesh Narayanan has roped in as the cinematographer, and Ayoob Khan is the editor. Sachin Shankoor Mannath, while the lyrics are penned by Vinayak Sasikumar. Bibin Ashok is in charge of the background music, and the costumes are designed by Bucy Baby John. Pradeep Gopalakrishnan is the makeup man.
