Graphics work delays 'Nadodimannan'

While most of Dileep���s movies are wrapped up without any delay, every year there���s an odd one which keeps getting postponed indefinitely. Last year there was Mr Marumakan, which by the time it hit the theatres had lost all its sheen as a new project, because the filming continued for more than a year.
This year, it���s Nadodimannan that began filming early last year but is yet to hit the screens, with the film being shot in curtailed schedules and production work being halted every now and then.
The latest from the camp is that the post production has started and the makers have hit a roadblock in the climax portions.
���We���re using advanced special effects for those scenes and we want it to be as realistic as possible. This is taking more time than we have imagined,��� says a source from the production crew.
The film, which also stars Archana Kavi, Mythili and Ananya, is a comic caper directed by Viji Thampy and penned by Krishna Poojappura. The makers are now looking at a release date of March 26.
