Gokul Suresh to play Michael in ‘Paappan’

Paappan

’, an upcoming Malayalam film helmed by Joshiy, featuring Suresh Gopi in the lead. Suresh Gopi and son Gokul are collaborating for a movie for the first time and their candid picture from the sets is winning hearts on the internet. In the picture, the father-son duo are captured in a candid conversation. Suresh Gopi shared this happy picture with fans and also disclosed the name of their characters.

Suresh Gopi will be stepping into the shoes of Abraham Mathan, while Gokul has been roped in to essay Michael.

Helmed by Joshiy, ‘Paappan’ is scripted by RJ Shaan. On the technical front, Ajay David Kachappilly has been roped in as the director of photography. Shyam Sashidharan is in charge of the edits and Jakes Bejoy is composing the music. Vishnu Govind Sree Sankar is the sound designer for the film and Nimesh M Thanoor is the art director for 'Paappan'. The film will also feature Sunny Wayne, Nyla Usha, Neeta Pillai, and Kaniha in pivotal roles.

The makers were filming in Pala recently. ‘Paappan’ is also one of the most anticipated films as Suresh Gopi and Joshiy’s previous collaborations have been hits like ‘Lelam’, ‘Pathram’, and ‘Vazhunnor’.
