'. The movie is the maiden directorial venture of popular radio jockey Mathukutty. The makers have now released a glimpse from the movie on the occasion of Asif Ali's birthday which was on January 4. Mollywood’s Megastar Mammootty has unveiled a glimpse of the movie through his social media handle.

The actor who is in his mid-30s appears to be a college guy in the movie. Asif Ali's young avatar is getting mixed reviews from the audience.

Directed by Mathukutty, 'Kunjeldho' is bankrolled by Prasobh Krishna and Suvin K Varkey, under the banner of Little Big Films. Vineetth Sreenivasan has been roped in as the creative director. Newcomer Gopika Udayanan will be seen playing the female lead. Swaroop Philip is cranking the lens and Shan Rahman will compose the music with Santhosh Varma and Aswathi Sreekanth penning the lyrics for the movie. As per sources, actors like Sudeesh, Siddique, Arjun Gopal, Rajesh Sharma, Kottayam Pradeep, and Mithun M Das have also been brought on board as the supporting cast in the movie.

Meanwhile, Asif Ali was last seen in ‘Kettyolaanu Ente Malakha’, essaying Sleevachan. His performance was lauded by the audience. Asif’s performance in Parvathy Thiruvothu-starrer ‘Uyare’ too earned the actor a lot of popularity and praise.
