said, when she saw the trailer for ‘And The Oscars Goes To…’ (ATOGT), it brought back memories of when her debut directorial venture ‘Liar’s Dice’ was selected for the 87th Academy Awards from India. “It was hard enough for an independent filmmaker to get money to make a film, and then we had the responsibility to raise money to campaign and give the audience the best viewing experience there. We went through several milestones and it was a huge learning experience… I am very excited to watch the film,” said Geethu.
