Gauthami Nair shares her learnings from 2023

2024 is finally here, and it’s undoubtedly a good time to look back and reflect on the good, bad, and ugly of the past year. Gauthami Nair has now given a summary of how the past year, 2023, has been for her. In a collage video, Gauthami Nair gave a glimpse of her past year and said that the year was a rollercoaster, but a good one too!

Sharing the video on her Instagram handle, she wrote, “A year under a minute. And it isn’t enough to put all the moments that we call life together. A rollercoaster of a ride, and a good one too. Thankful for each and everyone who had a big or small part in my journey this year.”

She also expressed that 2023 was quite a learning curve; however, one of the biggest lessons she learned is that one shouldn't mirror the negativity of others but instead treat them with the kindness that you hold.

“Quite a learning curve from start to finish, and the biggest lesson for this year is “Don’t treat people as bad as they are; treat them as good as you are,” she said.

Gauthami Nair also expressed that life is short; hence, one has to let go of the ego and move on. “Life is short. Most things don’t matter. Put your egos down. Fix what you can and move on from what you can’t. Don’t be a j**k. Get therapy. Give love. Be kind.
