. Directed by Padmakumar, the movie focuses on three pivotal characters - Mammootty's unnamed character, Chandroth Panicker, and a 12-year-old brave warrior. As the magnum opus is set to hit the screens on November 21, here are a few unseen stills from the film.

Bravest warrior aka 'Valyamama' (uncle)

Mammootty essays the bravest warrior in 'Mamangam', but going by the film’s trailer no one has referred to him by a specific name. The youngest warrior, a 12 year old kid calls him 'Valyamama', which means uncle. Mammootty will be seen in several action sequences, experimenting with martial arts.

Unnimaya, the dasi

Prachi Tehlan essays Unnimaya, reportedly the character of a dasi, an entertainer. Prachi will also have a few action sequences and the film will feature Ineya in the role of Unnimaya's sister.


Brave heart Chandroth Panicker

Unni Mukundan essays a brave warrior Chandroth Panicker in the movie and is paired opposite Anu Sithara. Fans will get to see their chemistry as well as Unni’s action. The trailer gave a glimpse of his action avatar, as he fiercely fought with a sword.



Sudev Nair as Rarichan

Greek God of Mollywood, Sudev Nair will be seen essaying Rarichan, however no further details of his character have been revealed. A recently released song from ‘Mamangam’ hinted that Rarichan has some connection to Unnimaya's character. Since Sudev is always seen in negative roles, we hear that in ‘Mamangam’, he isn’t playing a villain.
