‘Footage’: The Manju Warrier starrer gets a new release date

Manju Warrier starrer ‘Footage’ has locked its new release date. Touted to be the first found-footage film produced in Malayalam, ‘Footage’ was earlier slated for release on August 2, however, the makers had to push it further, in the wake of the devastating landslides in Kerala’s Wayanad.

On Sunday, August 11, the makers confirmed that the film will reach the big screens on August 23. In a note shared on Instagram, Manju Warrier said, “August 23 – Mark your calendars! The wait is almost over! We’re excited to announce that Footage will hit theaters on August 23rd. Get ready for a cinematic experience that will keep you on the edge of your seat. See you at the movies!”
