Mathew, a ladies’ man is best at making any woman fall for him, but things take a different course as he gets challenged by Raveendran, to woo the latter’s girlfriend.

The film begins with Ramamurthy (Maniyanpilla Raju) landing in town. He is Raveendran's friend. Ramamurthy got appointed as a teacher in the town and has relocated for the post. Raveendran takes Ramamurthy to his rented apartment, which he shares with roomies Pavithran (Siddique), a cashier at a bank, and also a penny pincher, and Mathew Ninan Koshy (Mukesh), a medical representative, a ladies' man. Raveendran is a gentleman and is in love with Aswathy (Urvashi). Koshy manages to woo the women he wants, but Raveendran is convinced that his roomie cannot make Aswathy fall for him. What happens next? Well, you will have to watch the film.
