Filmmaker Priyadarshan sends birthday wishes to Shilpa Shetty

Bollywood beauty Shilpa Shetty Kundra turned 45 on Monday, and wishes are still pouring in for the star. Filmmaker Priyadarshan who has worked with Shilpa Shetty for the upcoming movie ‘Hungama 2’ has send out birthday wishes for the fitness diva. Priyadarshan took to his social media handle to extend wishes for the gorgeous actress. “Happy birthday @TheShilpaShetty. One of the most enterprising person I have worked with.God bless u #HappyBirthdayShilpaShetty,” the filmmaker wrote.

Priyadarshan is a popular filmmaker who predominantly works in the Malayalam cinema. He has also directed a good number of movies in Hindi including 'Muskurahat', 'Gardish', 'Yeh Teraa Ghar Yeh Meraa Ghar', 'Garam Masala' among others. 'Hungama 2' is an upcoming Hindi movie helmed by Priyadarshan. The movie will see Paresh Rawal, Shilpa Shetty, Meezaan Jafri and Pranitha Subhash in lead roles. The makers have announced to release the movie on August 14.
Priyadarshan has also worked in Tamil and Telugu movies.
Meanwhile, 'Marakkar: Arabikadalinte Simham' marks his upcoming Malayalam directorial. An ambitious project from the filmmaker, 'Marakkar: Arabikadalinte Simham' will feature Mohanlal in the lead. The multi-starrer and multi-lingual movie is touted to be a period drama that tells the story of Kunjali Marakkar, the naval chieftain. The movie was slated to be released on March 26, but the unfortunate coronavirus outbreak and the following lockdown forced the makers to extend the release date. Sources suggest that the movie won’t be released soon as they are aiming for a festival release.
