Film director and actor Jude Anthany Joseph suffers injuries

Film director and actor Jude Anthany Joseph has suffered injuries in his leg while shooting for a Malayalam movie 'Varayan' in Kuttanad.
Binu Murali, production controller of the film said that Jude was doing the role of Christian priest in the film. “The incident took place on Monday evening when he was trying to get down from a boat at Chithira Kayal in Kuttanad on Monday evening.He slipped from the boat and suffered injury. Here is no boat jetty in the location. So the boat was being anchored close to the outer bund," Binu said. “Though he suffered injuries in leg, he is continuing the shooting,” he said.
Varayan is an upcoming movie directed by Jijo Joseph and scripted by Dany Kapuchin. The film is produced by A G Premachandran under the banner of Sathyam Cinemas. Premam fame Siju Wilson and actress Leona Leshoy are the protagonists in the film. Apart from Jude, Joy Mathew, Vijayaraghavan,Maniyanpilla Raju, Jayashankar, Aristo Suresh are also appearing in the film.
