Fahadh Faasil, Shyamaprasad team up for Arun Kumar’s next film

Arun Kumar Aravind’s next directorial venture, 1 by Two, has an impressive star cast. The director had announced earlier that Fahadh Faasil will be doing the lead role in the film. Now, we hear that director Shyamaprasad will turn actor with this film. “I felt that Shyamaprasad will be the perfect choice for the role. That he is a film director, plus his looks and body language matched the character.I knew that he can act, though he hasn’t acted before,” says Arun Kumar and adds that when he approached the director for the role, he readily agreed as he too was convinced that he can do justice to the role.
Besides Fahadh and Shyamaprasad, the film will also have Murali Gopy, who has been a part of all of Arun Kumar’s films, as well as actresses Honey Rose and Isha Talwar.
The director says he does not want to reveal more about the film at this point, except that it will be a psychological thriller, scripted by Jayamohan. Best Actor-fame Shruti Ramakrishnan, Ashwin Mathew and Tamil actor Azhakar Perumal will also be part of the film. “The casting is not over yet, and I will be able to give more details only after I finalised on that,” he says. As is the case with most of his films, 1 by Two will also see an ensemble cast with all the characters playing equally important roles.
