Mammootty is surely setting a new high in his career at the age of 73 and earlier the south actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu shared a pic with the legendary actor, which suits the best for our ‘Pic of the day’.

On February 27, 2024, Samantha Ruth Prabhu shared a picture with Mammootty during her visit to Kerala.


Sharing the picture with the ‘Bramayugam’ actor during the shoot for an advertisement, Samatha penned a note saying that he is her favorite actor. Samantha’s note read, “Most Favourite’.

On the same day, Samantha revealed another one of her favorites to her Insta fam. Sharing a billboard photo featuring Fahadh Faasil, the actress penned a note that read, “Another Favourite’.

Meanwhile, Samantha had earlier showered praises for the Mammootty starrer ‘Kaathal: The Core’. Taking to her social media handle, the actress penned a note that read, “The movie of the year. Do yourself a favor and watch this beautiful yey powerful gem of a film. #Kaathalthecore @mammootty Sir you are my hero. I will not be able to get over this performance for a long long time. @jyotika Love youu @jeobabymusic Legendary.”

Earlier, there were speculations that Samantha will be featuring alongside Mammootty in an upcoming film which is directed by Gautham Menon. Fast forwarding to the present, the GVM - Mammootty project has already been announced with the title ‘Dominic and the Ladies Purse’. The movie has the cast Vineeth, Gokul Suresh, Lenaa, Siddique, Viji Venkatesh, and Vijay Babu, proving that Samantha won’t be a part of GVM’s first Malayalam directorial venture with Mammootty.
