' song introduces the hospital, the inmates and their tangled history and the mystery of each individual in the hospital. The melodious song portrays Fahadh entering the hospital. The song introduces the behavioural patterns of Surabhi Lakshmi, Sudev Nair, and Leona Lishoy. P.S Jayhari has given music to the lyrics of Engandiyoor Chandrasekharan. Amrita Jayakumar and Fejo have given voice to the beautiful song.

Athiran

' is the debut directorial of Vivek. Scripted by P. F. Mathews, Anu Moothedath has cranked the lens. P. S Jayahari has managed the music department and Ayoob Khan is the editor. Actor Fahadh Faasil will be seen playing the lead and Sai Pallavi as the female lead.

The film has actors like Lena, Atul Kulkarni, Prakash Raj and Renji Panicker handling some pivotal roles in the movie. After the release of the trailer, there were suspicions that the movie is inspired by Martin Scorsese's 'Shutter Island.' However, the team confirmed that the movie has nothing to do with the Leonardo DiCaprio starrer. Nonetheless, the movie hit the theatres a few days ago and was well received by the audience.
